Pickup Point Delivery in UK
Customers in the United Kingdom may have the option to select an Evri pickup point during checkout. Pickup point availability depends on the delivery address entered at checkout and the available carrier locations nearby.
Pickup point delivery is free of charge where available. Once the order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information by email. The carrier may also send updates when the parcel is ready for collection from the selected pickup point.

Order Acceptance & Pricing
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in individual cases, for example in the event of incomplete or incorrect information, suspicion of fraud, or problems with payment processing. We may request additional verification such as address confirmation, proof of identity, or banking details before accepting your order.
Despite careful review, pricing errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, we will inform you immediately and offer you the option to adjust or cancel your order. Should an order be unable to be fulfilled due to an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel it and notify you accordingly.

Orders received before 3:00 PM will be processed the same day. Orders received after 3:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
